How a wedding booking works

Tell me about your day. I'll answer your questions and let you know if your date is open.

Book & retainer

Pick your collection, sign the contract, and pay a $500 retainer to lock in your date. Payment plans available.

Plan the day

We fill out a questionnaire together and build a timeline — a flexible guideline, not a script.

Shoot day

I show up early, stay the whole time, and handle the little things — yes, I can tie a bow tie.

Edit

Every image gets edited by hand. Sneak peeks land in your inbox 24–48 hours after your wedding.

Deliver

Full gallery delivered via online download within 2 weeks on average — guaranteed within 6–8 by contract.

Step 1

Inquire with us

Hey 1st steps is to tell me about your wedding! Let me know your interested in working together and will answer any questions you have for me. I'll respond and let know if I am available- I am awkardly Fun and if I am available would love connect and make your day amazing! 

Step 2

Book your date

You want to book! Let me know, tell me what package and Ill send you a contract and ways to send in your retainer ! and then I am ALL yours

Step 3

Gather ideas & inspiration

Depending on your package we may do engagement session and we will plot and plan where to go, I have a few client dresses and style guide that can help. I also have MANY MANY SPOTS we can go to all over to get the perfect spot

Step 4

Shoot day!

Don't be late! Communicate if you think you will so I can plan, for the wedding the timeline I will help create for you is a GUIDELINE and we will make sure your day is documented and not stressful. I'll be with you the entire time!

Step 5

We edit & prepare your images

I will then take your magical photos and start editing them- Ill get them back to you as SOON as humanly possible

Step 6

Images delivered

You will receive and email from PICTIME which will bring you to your ONLINE Gallery site- they are yours - step one! Download them ALL - yes they are safe online but they wont be up forever- Download and share them with friends and family!
