Well the past few weeks Erik (My husband) and I have been on a diet. Cookies and anything with bread has made me just so…yummy cookie.
But the good thing losing weight, not as fast as my dear hubby. He has lost 15 pounds. I have lost 5, but we are biking like crazy not doing anything special besides limiting what we eat. Portion control, exercise, and just eating good food.
So get ready for the new team, 🙂
