Part A
So I often get asked how should the wedding day go aka (I am a wedding planner) after all these requests I felt I should share my knowledge more wide spread.
Start your day off a little earlier than normal, people ALWAYS forget something, misplace something or have to run back home to pick up that “one thing”, you would think that all the months of planning this would go off without a hitch. (sadly no) no matter how many times your practice your hair or makeup, it may take 20 more mins than it did the 3 times before.
See if your venue can hold onto some of the stuff the night before, if you know all the stuff is at the church the morning or afternoon will be a little more smooth, instead of hauling everything in one trip to the nursery or wherever you get ready.
Make sure your family knows what style of photography your looking for and let them know about the picture schedule, where they need to be, who needs to look after that Aunt who runs off. The more info you can relate to your family members the smoother pictures go through. Its best to describe to them there is only a limited amount of time, to stay within their family groups, to let the photographer know if there are children or if they by themselves; so there isn’t any awkward moments or misidentifying they spouses. Even make a list of who is who in each family group.
