5 Things to do to Lose the Weight for the Wedding Quickly

I get asked a lot about slimming down or Photoshop this and that out of a photo. So I am going to tell you some quick things you can do the month of your wedding. And it’s not what you expect me to say like Yes, I can Photoshop that. But Why not be real in your photos.
All this things takes less than 20 mins (we all can carve 20 mins somewhere)
Drink 1 gallon of water everyday- hydration is the key (seriously)
Giving up sweets for 1 week prior to your wedding will make a HUGE impact
Start doing triceps exercises (every girl hates their arms)
Burpees they suck but they are effective 20-30 a day
Stop eating bread and pasta for 1 week prior
Starving yourself won’t help it will just make you angry. Do small things. Giving up bread and sugar for 1 week will reduce a ton of inflammation and you will shrink. 1 week 7 days not bad.
