My husband over the last few months has lost nearly 20 pounds by doing 10,000 steps a day and watching what he ate… of course when you see a loved one just transforming their life, you cant just sit back and not get inspired. So I got a FitBit a week or so ago and started just by getting 10,000 steps in which is roughly 4.5 miles per day, strange enough its only 500 calories per day but with just your bodys calories needed you lose about 1.5 pounds per week without much of an effort. Crazy! SO week 1 down 3 pounds 🙂 yippy…. I just noticed my cheeks getting bigger and stoped liking the photos that people were taking. 3 pounds is no biggest loser miracle its just eating right and excersing. Not much secret. I love the fit bit, just keeps track and you do your activity and move. The whole idea is to move.
